Aaron is focused on shaping the direction and success of Silver Sky Aviation. He strives to maintain a deep understanding of the Alaska aviation industry, the company’s operations, and the needs of its operators. Aaron strives to maintain balance between responsibility maintaining a healthy company with the critical importance of safety and quality in the aviation industry.

Austin Bulawa

Director Of Operations

Austin plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Silver Sky Aviation. He maintains the company’s daily operations and is usually the first point of contact for our customers. Austin has many years of experience managing complex projects and is very passionate about maintaining an effective and safe work environment for our employees

Joh Sinchomb

Director Of Maintenance

Jon is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft at Silver Sky are maintained to the highest standards of safety and quality. He is the point of contact for technical questions and is head over all activities performed on our shop floor. Jon has a passion for ensuring that all maintenance activities are in compliance with all relevant regulations, company policy and industry standards.
